As a new starter you will be enrolled onto our comprehensive 3-month training programme. You will learn about the work we do, what we want to achieve, and we will discover what makes you tick!
Now a fully fledged member of the team, you’ll deal with standard customer queries, develop your skills further and we’ll work together to build your personalised development plan.
Taking on more of a leadership role within the team, you will tackle a variety of complex cases, and act as a first point of contact for other members of the team.
As a mentor you will play a key role in the day to day running of the team, train other team members and be given the opportunity to gain experience working in other areas of the business.
